We want you to love every piece from Huda Luxe Modesty. If something isn't quite right, we're here to make your return or exchange as simple as possible.

Before ordering, you're always welcome to use the chat on our website for complimentary sizing and styling guidance. We're happy to help you choose the size, fit, and style that will suit you best, so you can feel confident in your purchase from the start.

Canada Returns

We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To start your return, simply log in to your account, open your order, and click Request return. Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label.

Choose the option that works best for you:

Refund to your original payment method: A CAD $10 return shipping contribution will be deducted from your refund.
Store credit: Receive the full value of your item as a gift card, with no return shipping deduction. Gift cards are valid for 12 months.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Sale items: Eligible for store credit only. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Store credit is issued as a gift card valid for 12 months.

Clearance items: Final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return has been received and approved, we'll issue your refund within 10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional processing time. If you haven't received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at info@hudaluxemodesty.com.

US & International Returns

We accept eligible returns within 14 days of delivery.

Because cross-border shipping, duties, and customs requirements can vary, all US and international returns must be approved before they are sent back. Please email us at info@hudaluxemodesty.com, and we'll guide you through the available return options for your order.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Original shipping charges, duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Please do not send a return before receiving our approval and return instructions.

Exchanges

Love your piece but need a different size or colour? We'd be happy to help you exchange it, subject to availability.

Canada

First, check that your preferred size, colour, or style is available on our website. Then email us at info@hudaluxemodesty.com and let us know what you'd like instead.

We'll guide you through the exchange and include complimentary shipping on your replacement order.

US & International

US and international exchanges are available on eligible items but must be arranged with us in advance. Because shipping and customs costs vary by destination, we'll review your order and help you determine the most practical exchange option.

All exchanges are processed as a new order and are subject to availability.

Return Conditions

To help us keep every Huda Luxe Modesty piece in beautiful condition for its next home, returned items must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
Have all original tags attached.
Be free from signs of wear, damage, stains, and odours.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear, undergarments, and other designated final-sale items cannot be returned.

All returns are carefully inspected upon arrival.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Every Huda Luxe Modesty order is carefully inspected and packed by hand before shipment to ensure your pieces are in excellent condition.

In the rare event that something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at info@hudaluxemodesty.com promptly and include photos of the item and packaging. We'll review it and make it right.

Order Cancellations

Changed your mind? Orders can be cancelled within 15 minutes of purchase.

Simply log in to your account, open your order, and click Cancel order. After 15 minutes, your order enters fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
