Return Policy (14 Days)
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Once approved, you will receive detailed return instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- A flat return fee of $25 CAD will be deducted from refunds for Canadian returns
- For international orders, return shipping costs may vary depending on destination and carrier
Return Condition
All returns are subject to inspection upon arrival.
Items showing signs of wear, damage, staining, or odors may not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, certain items such as swimsuits and undergarments are final sale.
Exchanges
To ensure availability, exchanges are processed as a new order.
You may return your original item and place a separate order for the desired piece.
Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
